&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;4 tablespoons flour&lt;br/&gt;4 tablespoons sugar&lt;br/&gt;2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa&lt;br/&gt;dash of salt&lt;br/&gt;2 tablespoons vegetable oil&lt;br/&gt;2 tablespoons water&lt;br/&gt;1/3 teaspoon vanilla&lt;br/&gt;small handful of chocolate chips (optional, but not vegan)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;That’s it!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Mix the ingredients together in a coffee mug and microwave for 1-1.5 minutes. It’s so worth it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Throw the whole slew into the pot! Let it come to a boil. I actually threw the bell peppers, the mushrooms, and the kale in a bit later then everything else just because I like those a big more crunchy. It comes to a boil and is finished within 15 min. Shirataki noodles require no cooking so that works too. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This meal is Vegan. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is also VERY&lt;strong&gt; high in fiber&lt;/strong&gt;…which helps you poop. So for us trying to lose weight, this is a good thing. It’s also &lt;strong&gt;high in protein. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and&lt;strong&gt; YES ladies, I ate the whole pot. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This would make 3 servings if you want to divide that then its 57 calories per serving….but screw that, I ate the whole pot. NO SHAME!&lt;/p&gt;
